The platform brings your software contracts together, shows how many seats you pay for and lets you mark what is not being used. This gives you a concrete basis for finding seat waste and duplicate spend.
What has it delivered?
Cost development over time, accumulated savings, and which contracts haven't been reviewed in years. Exports as a PDF when you need to report upwards.

No direct integration or API key is required. Export transactions as SIE4 and follow the in-product guide for Fortnox, Spiris, Björn Lundén or Monitor.

Checks the file
We verify that it is a SIE4 file containing transactions. The original file is not stored.
Creates suggestions
Only external supplier costs are imported. Payroll, taxes and customer payments are excluded.
Approve
You review supplier, category and amount. Nothing becomes a contract until you explicitly approve it.
Free or full access.
You start with 14 days of full access, no card details. After that you choose — and you can stay on the free tier as long as you like. During the pilot, accounts are opened manually so every company gets a controlled start.
